2024 GMAC March LC Invitational Highlights

Barrie Trojan swimmers took to the Victor Davis pool in Guelph Mar. 21- 24 at the GMAC March LC Invitational meet. BTSC sent a team of 62 athletes competing against 10 other clubs. BTSC swimmers were at or near the front of many races over the weekend. In total there were 76 top 3 finishes for BTSC girls and 40 for boys.

Of note Jack Butler broke the Club record for 10 yr. old and under for 200M butterfly. His time of 3:54.50 beat the previous record established all the way back in 1992! Similarly, Kaia Hornby established a new Club standard of 31.15 for her 50M butterfly swim. There were a number of Festivals times achievements adding to the complement of qualifying times already held by BTSC swimmers.
